Delivery

All LHG cards are personally prepared by us and sent through the postal service. The LHG policy is same-day shipping. Orders received will be posted within one working day (except Saturdays, Sundays and postal holidays). Orders are sent by first class mail from East London. The Royal Mail aims to guarantee next day delivery of first class mail within the UK and regularly achieves a 96% success rate.

LHG cards does ship cards to overseas locations. The shipping time for a card or packaged order by regular international mail is on average 2 to 3 weeks.

Please make sure you allow yourself enough time to receive the cards before sending on.

For international shipping (all countries outside of the UK), please add a surcharge of £1.50 to the values above.

Refund Policy

Goods may be cancelled upto 7 days after receipt, starting from the day after the goods were received. They may also be cancelled any time prior to their arrival. Any money paid will be refunded within 90 days of cancellation. The above cancellation can be made for any reason. Goods returned must be in their original packaging & condition. The cost of postage & packaging for returning any cancelled goods, must be paid for in full by the customer. We request that we are contacted before returning goods.
